1950s Detroit Diecast DITMCO Robot Standee Playground Patio Drive-In Movie Speaker
Detroit Diecast is now
offering rare Drive-In memorabilia. Standee speakers were used in the
playgrounds of outdoor Drive-In movie theatres in the 1950's-60's.
Remember those days! Trademark documented as a portable loud speaker for
use with public address systems and outdoor theaters and the like.
Detroit Diecast now has ownership of this piece of history. We decided
to produce a small run of brand-new Standee speakers. Pure Michigan
made!. This historic piece would be great
for displaying in a vintage car show or man cave.
Please Note: Pole and base shown in photos are not included. However, we do offer a selection of powder coated poles and bases.
